The minimums are simply the amount you need to spend on bottles to reserve a table. All bottle purchases count towards this minimum.

The table deposit for a $500-$750 Minimum table is $210 (includes $10 processing fee) Out of this, $200 will be allocated towards fulfilling the minimum spend requirement for your reserved table.
The table deposit for a $1000 Minimum table or more is $520 (includes $20 processing fee) Out of this, $500 will be allocated towards fulfilling the minimum spend requirement for your reserved table.
