About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Rosebar Lounge website, our table-reservation service, and our text-message and phone line at (202) 335-6072. Rosebar Lounge is operated by 1215 CT LLC, 1215 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington DC 20036.
Reservations and deposits
Table reservations are confirmed only when a deposit is received. Deposits are applied toward your table minimum and are non-refundable unless we cancel the reservation. Table minimums are a spend floor on food and beverage, not a cover charge, and are set per night and per table. Tables are held until 1:00 AM; a table not claimed by then may be released. Guests must be 21+ with valid ID. Tax and gratuity add 32% to your final bill. Management reserves the right of admission.
Text messaging program
By texting Rosebar Lounge at (202) 335-6072, or by providing your mobile number during a reservation, you agree to receive text messages from us about your reservation, table availability, deposits, and confirmations. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help, or call (202) 335-6072. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
